„Aniara Amos’ Inszenierung von Purcells The Fairy Queen an der Royal Danish Opera (2016), dirigiert von Lars Ulrik Mortensen, verband barocke Aufführungspraxis mit einer eigenständigen zeitgenössischen Theatersprache. In der Zusammenarbeit mit dem renommierten dänischen Schauspieler Ole Lemmeke als Puck stellte die Produktion den hybriden Charakter des Werkes in den Mittelpunkt und rückte das gesprochene Drama ins Zentrum.
